Refund Policy
30-day, no-questions-asked returns on unopened bottles.
Eligibility
Unopened bottles in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to return
Contact concierge@qasvani.com with your order number. We'll email a pre-paid return label within 24 hours.
Refund timing
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Non-returnable items
Opened bottles, sample sets and limited edition releases are final sale. Gift cards cannot be refunded.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll dispatch a replacement immediately at no cost.
